Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In the case that we request further ID documentation from you for security purposes then within 24 hours of receiving the requested items.

Australian Customers: Your clothing items will be sent in a 24hr express post parcel via Australia Post. Overnight delivery guaranteed to most metropolitan centres if your order is placed by 3pm. If you are outside of a city then your parcel should arrive the day after. Most footwear orders have to be collected from our warehouse and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

International Customers: Your item will be sent via registered airmail and is fully trackable. It should arrive within 5-10 business days. If you wish to select the express courier option then your item should arrive in 2-3 days after you place your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Please contact me personally on james@befreshclothing.com or via the chat icon on the homepage. I will chase down your order immediately and if it cant be found we will either send you out a replacement, give you store credit or give you a refund.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Please email admin@befreshclothing.com with your order number and we will track your item asap. If it is lost or no longer available then credit/refund will be issued immediately.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
